You can delete your account and everything stored with it yourself, at any time, on the web or in the app.
Delete your account
- Sign in and open Account.
- Under “Delete my account”, tick the confirmation box and press Delete my account.
Your saved charts (with their birth details) and preferences are deleted immediately, your account is removed from our sign-in provider, and you are signed out. Copies in our daily backups are gone within 7 days.
Without an account
We store nothing about you. Your chosen city, sign and settings live only in your browser: clear this site’s cookies and storage in your browser settings to remove them.
Can’t sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you, usually within a few days and always within 30.
